Where is ALTITUDE located?

ALTITUDE VIP Lounge is located separately from the main terminal. Please contact our team if you need directions.

What are ALTITUDE's opening hours?

We are open from 6 am to 10 pm.

Rates & payment

How much does ALTITUDE cost per person?

The total price of your booking depends on the requested services. Travelling companions and children benefit from a lower fare.

I am travelling with children. Do I have to pay the full price for them?

Children under 12 can travel free of charge. Children over 12 years of age will be charged a co-traveller fare (a lower fare).

How do I pay?

You will receive an e-mail with a payment link when your booking is confirmed (within 72 hours before the flight). You can pay by iDEAL or credit card.

Reservation

How do I make a reservation?

To complete your booking, please provide us with the following information: type of flight (departure, arrival or connection), flight number or destination, names of passengers.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can. You can change the number of people and services as long as we have not approved your booking. However, please note that it is not possible to change the destination or departure dates. To make changes, log into your Altitude account and go to 'My Reservations'.

How far in advance can I book?

You can currently book online up to 90 days before your flight. Select your flight during the booking process. You will receive confirmation of your request 72 hours before your flight.

Accessibility & parking

Can I be picked up at home?

Yes, this is possible. You can request an additional transfer service from us. Please note that there is an additional charge for this service. The price depends on the distance to be travelled. We can include this cost in the invoice.

Can I park my own car at ALTITUDE?

No, this is not possible. You can easily reserve a parking space at Interparking. All car parks are within a 10-minute walk of ALTITUDE. You can, however, drop off your luggage and fellow travellers at our building.

During your stay

What facilities are available for departing flights?

Once you have registered online, our team will contact you. You can relax in the lounge and make use of the various facilities. Our team will then take you to the aircraft in a private car. All formalities such as check-in, baggage handling and customs obligations will be carefully handled by us.

Is the VIP Lounge wheelchair accessible?

Yes, a wheelchair is also available in the VIP lounge if required during your stay in the VIP lounge. If required, you can also request assistance to/from the aircraft online during your reservation request on our website.

What time should I arrive at the lounge?

You will receive all the practical information when the Altitude team confirms your booking.

Is the Lounge suitable for children?

Children are welcome in the lounge. If they are under 12 years of age, they can enjoy ALTITUDE's services free of charge when travelling with you.
